Each scoop will contain at least 18 items. Please specify a breed of cat or dog that you would like. I will try to make sure you get the preferences you request. If it happens to be out of stock we can hold off shipping to wait for restocking or just substitute for different item. Please indicate in the comments if you want a specific color or breed and if you are willing to wait for it or to substitute.
All mystery scoops, mystery boxes and handmade custom curated items are final sale. These items are made to order and specifically for each customer, which means we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges . Requests for specific colors, themes or preferences are welcomed but cannot be guaranteed and do not qualify an order for a return or refund.

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mysterypaw6@gmail.com. Include your order # and a description of the issue. Clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved a replacement or store credit will be provided at our discretion. Issues outside the 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
